The optional basement plan has an open recreation room with a fireplace, a bedroom, and a full bathroom, which totals 951 square feet. It also includes two future bedrooms, which makes the basement level total 1475 square feet.

After coming off of the covered porch, you enter a foyer space with a pair of doors to an office/bedroom on the right. This room has a secondary door to a mudroom, which accesses a laundry room and a two–car garage. If you turn left in the foyer, you pass a stairwell to the basement level on your way to the open living space.

The great room straight ahead has a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace in one corner, and sliding glass doors that open onto a covered deck. The deck has a large arched opening with a handrail, and a door that opens into the screened porch. The great room is open to the dining area and spacious kitchen, which has an extended bar for eating, and a center work island. An opening from the kitchen leads to the pantry, the powder room and the mudroom.

A small vestibule separates the entrance to the master suite from the dining room. The master bedroom has angled bay windows looking out to the view side, and a door to the screened porch. The master bath features a skylight, a soaking tub, a separate shower, a private toilet room, and two walk–in closets, one of which is much larger and includes a linen closet.
