The entrance foyer is open to the vaulted ceiling, and is lit from the roof skylight above. To the left is the living room, which opens to the dining room beyond.

A porch wraps around the living and dining rooms, creating additional outdoor living space. An arched opening leads from the dining area to the kitchen. Past the kitchen is a mudroom, which is conveniently located off the semi detached garage. The mudroom holds a pantry, and cupboards for extra storage. A full bath is off this hall, as well as a bedroom.

The essence of country living, the gabled roof lines, wrap around porch, and richly textured facades create a classic farmhouse feel. Inside, you'll find a versatile room layout, a true country kitchen, and some dramatic spaces.

The optional basement holds a laundry space, a large recreation room, a full bath, space for wine storage, a studio space, a cold room, and a mechanical room.

On the second floor, the balcony is open to the entrance foyer below, and has a nook for a desk. There is a master bedroom, a third bedroom, and a full bath to share. The bedrooms have a 9' flat ceiling that slope with the roof at the end walls. Closet spaces are tucked under the sloping roofs.
