The front of this home is distinguished by a number of unique design elements, the most notable being the three story stairwell tower. It features windows at the landings of all three levels, and a conical roof on top. The facade of the original home was finished with stucco, broken up by synthetic stone. The overall look is both dramatic and inviting.
The covered front porch is generous enough to allow for furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Upon entering the house, you find yourself in a two story foyer with views to a balcony above and a great room straight ahead. The living areas are all open to each other, with arches between square columns to delineate the individual spaces. As you walk towards the great room you pass a formal dining room on your left. The great room has a dramatic two story high ceiling, and an impressive fireplace hearth that spans the two story height. An arched opening leads to the open kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen has an L shaped center island for prep work and for eating, and the breakfast nook has a curved wall with windows that look out to the rear deck. The deck spans the entire width of the home, and has a fireplace that mirrors the one in the great room, making the deck space comfortable during cooler seasons. From the kitchen, a rear hallway leads to a desk area with room for a second refrigerator, a walk in pantry, a powder room, a mudroom, a laundry room, and a three car garage.

On the other side of the great room there is a study, a guest bedroom, and a full bath that has two doors – one that has direct access into the guest room, and a secondary door that accesses the public hallway. This wing of the house could easily be used as an in law suite.
The stairwell to the upper floor has a curved landing with windows that look out to the front. The upper landing opens into a large loft space, with a curved balcony that looks down to the great room and foyer spaces below. The master suite takes up the entire right wing of the upper floor. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, and sliding glass doors to a private deck space. The master bath has a jetted tub located next to a separate shower, a private toilet room, and a door to a walk in closet.
To the left of the loft space, there are three more bedrooms and a playroom area. Bedroom 2 has its own private full bath, a walk in closet, and a window seat. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have window seats and walk–in closets, and share a full bath. Both the playroom and Bedroom 4 have a ceiling that slopes down at the sides from the 9' ceiling height, and dormers with windows that raise the ceiling height and bring in natural light and views.
The lower level has an open recreation/billiards room with a wet bar, and a media room. There is also a guest suite, which has its own private full bath and a curved wall with windows looking out to the rear. Also on the level are an exercise room, a half bath, and two unfinished storage rooms.
