Upon entering the foyer, a bench invites you to sit down to take off shoes and coats. A built–in niche gives the foyer a nice touch. The away room is to the right, and straight ahead is a hallway leading to a screened porch on the rear (view) side of the house.

To the left of the foyer are the open kitchen and dining spaces. The kitchen is spaciously designed, with a large center island. An arched opening leads to the family room, which features a stone hearth. On the other side of the kitchen is a walk–in pantry, a half bath, a laundry room, and a mudroom with room for storage.

The basement plan holds a guest room, a recreation/TV room, a full bath, a workshop, and storage for wine. The semi–detached garage has a shop space attached, and a small space for wood storage. It has an upper level, providing a multi–use space or an additional room for storage.
