American Dream Home

American Dream is a traditional home with brick details and some luxurious touches. A curved stairwell sits in the center of the house, which leads to the master bedroom suite that features a sun filled Jacuzzi room. Elegant fireplaces are stacked on top of each other to warm the downstairs living room and the upper master suite.

A brick planter lines the large entry porch. Once inside, a living room is to the left and a den is to the right. The den, which may be used as a bedroom, has its own full bath, which opens onto the hallway for public use. Straight ahead is a curved stairwell, and steps that lead down to a family room. A door from the family room leads to a utility room, which is connected to a three-car garage. The family room is open to the kitchen and sunny breakfast nook. A desk and pantry are located in one corner of the kitchen, and a deck sits off the breakfast nook for outdoor dining. Swinging doors from the kitchen lead to a dining room, which is open to the living room.

This house was originally designed to have a crawlspace foundation. However, if you prefer a basement or slab foundation, these are fairly simple and inexpensive changes that your builder can often make for you.

As you come up the stairs, the upper hall railing has an elegant curve to mimic the stairwell. There are two more bedrooms, a full bath, and a master suite. The master bedroom is a private haven, with its own fireplace, window seat, outdoor deck, and Jacuzzi sunroom. The sunroom is conveniently located next to the dressing room and private bath.
