The gracious front porch has wooden balusters along all three sides, and has a separate threshold at the entry door.

Upon entering the foyer space, there is a stairwell and a coat closet to the left, a large opening to the formal dining room to the right, and views to the family gathering room straight ahead. The large family room has box beams at the ceiling above, which makes the open room feel more intimate. A raised fireplace hearth is to the right, flanked by built–ins with windows above them. A pair of French doors look out to and open on to a large rear terrace, which would make an ideal space for barbeques and outdoor dining.

Open to the family room and facing the fireplace is a spacious country kitchen with loads of counter space. A large work island includes a sink that faces the family room, and a raised eating bar. A family dining area is located nearby, with two walls of windows looking out to the rear terrace and beyond.

The upstairs landing opens up to a loft space, with a niche for a built–in desk or cabinet. A pair of doors open into the master suite, which has a tray ceiling, and a sitting area with two walls of windows for maximum sunlight.

Design Open Floor

The master bath features a walk–in closet, a private toilet room, two separate vanity sinks, a whirlpool tub in the corner, and a separate shower. Two additional bedroom suites are located on this floor, both of which have their own full bath and walk–in closet.

The bath in bedroom three has a secondary door, which makes it accessible from the hallway as well. There is also a laundry room on this floor, attic storage, and a spacious recreation/playroom space that has windows that look out to the front and side of the house.
